The Quality Control Technician Lead position is responsible for general and specific tasks related to the quality of new models and mass production material. The position will also ensure all inspection processes follow set studies to meet our customer’s requirements and expectations.

Essential Job Functions:

• Assist in Disposition of Scrap.
• Facilitate in setup of yearly PPAP studies (ensuring critical dimensions are cantered, appropriate number of parts is collected, etc.).
• Exhibit knowledge and understanding of GD&T.
• Operate multiple CMMs programmed with PC-DMIS.
• Read & Understand Manufacturing Blueprints.
• Assist engineering/quality/production departments by gathering data for continuous improvement activities.
• Provide and demonstrate a thorough knowledge of quality lab during customer visits/audits
• Maintain calibration cycle/log of CMMs in Mass Production Lab.
• Ensures probe logs are up to date on mass-production CMMs.
• Establish a positive rapport and excellent communication with production leads and associates.

Salary: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
